Nafeesah Muhammad, M.Ed., believes wellness is justice. She is a teacher, a preacher, and a motivational speaker. She is a life and leadership coach, a futurist, a cognitive justice advocate, and an education creative. Nafeesah is a fervent believer in the power of positive psychology.
She is the CEO and founder of Dream Catcher Coaching and Consulting, LLC. Dream Catcher Coaching and Consulting. Nafeesah coaches Black and Brown youth and young professionals of color who lack confidence in their passions, skills, or talents by increasing their self-awareness, designing deeply impactful learning experiences, igniting their sense of agency, and propelling them toward action.
Nafeesah is a Radical Positive Psychologist. She studies how love has the power to heal an addiction to negative thinking and negative emotions that stem from destructive racism and capitalism. She takes her inspiration from Dr. Matulu Shakur and The People’s Drug Program at the Lincoln Hospital, who used Eastern medicine, like acupuncture, in treating substance use disorders.
Nafeesah provides the best kind of coaching and facilitation experiences that are rooted in love first and foremost. She strives for growth and success in all facets of her clients' personhood!
